Relevant information about conference proceedings

  • Authors are requested to submit abstract together with registration of their papers in English by May 31st, 2020 via https://conferences.euba.sk/igwt2020.
  • An abstract must accompany every article. It should be a brief summary of the significant items of the main paper. An abstract should give concise information about the content of the core idea of your paper and is usually conceptually divided into: Background, Methodology, Principal Findings/Results, and Conclusions/Significance. It should be informative and not only present the general scope of the paper but also indicate the main results and conclusions.
  • Authors interested in submission of additional paper should contact organizing committee through email .
  • Full papers in English (after approval of submitted abstract) are to be submitted strictly following the guidelines for authors and paper template „paper-template.docx“ by June 26th, 2020 .
  • Name submitted paper file doc/or .docx (f.e. Smith_John.doc or Smith_John.docx).
  • Length of each paper must not exceed either 10 pages in case of one or two authors, or 15 pages in case of more than two authors (including figures and references).
  • All submitted papers will be double-blind reviewed.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN.
  • We will accept and publish only papers written in accordance with the conference topics and guidelines for writing a paper. Publishing of the papers depends on results of double-blind review process.

 

Paper length

  • The length of each paper must not exceed either 10 pages in case of one or two authors, or 15 pages in case of more than two authors (including figures and references). Each paper has to involve a chapter constituting an original empirical or analytical development that contributes to the current theoretical state of the art. Case studies are acceptable as well.

  • Paper format A4 (ISO) - 21 x 29,7 cm

  • Footnotes are forbidden (besides author´s contact details and research project info)

 

Formal structure of a paper

 

There are built-in styles of each paper structure as follow

  • Title of the paper (Calibri 14pt, Bold, alignment centered, spacing after: 14pt);
  • Authors (Calibri 12,5pt, Normal, alignment centered, spacing after: 6pt, paragraph border bottom – line 0,5pt);
  • Abstract – heading (Calibri 12pt, Bold, Italic, alignment justified, spacing after: 6pt);
  • Abstract - text (Calibri 12pt, Italic, alignment justified, spacing after: 12pt);
  • JEL Classification (Calibri 12pt, Bold, alignment justified, spacing after: 12pt, paragraph border bottom – line 0,5pt);
  • Introduction, Conclusion - heading (Calibri 12pt, Bold, alignment justified, indentation 0pt, spacing before: 12pt, spacing after: 12pt);

Please, follow these styles to avoid problems while producing conference proceedings.

 

Other formal requirements

  • There has to be 1 empty line only in the end of section/sub-section, before and after a table, graph, and/or figure,
  • Citation method: parenthetical reference in the text – by name and date, f.e. (Kotler, 2001),
  • Author must refer to all figures, tables and graphs in the text of the paper,
