Natalie Rupp is currently pursuing a doctoral degree and working as a research assistant for the Institute of Business Analytics at Ulm University. She graduated in Management and Economics at the same university. Her research revolves around Sustainability Management Accounting and Control, with a particular focus on strategies and mechanisms that empower and guide individuals within organizations to make decisions that contribute positively to a sustainable future.
